CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED ITEM?

Unfortunately, personalized items are non-returnable. However, if there are any issues with your order, such as stains, tears, or cracks, please send us an image of the fault via the contact link on our website or email us at bcadet00@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Include your name and images of the fault, and we will ship you a replacement free of charge!

Your photo will be professionally enhanced by our licensed photographers within 24 hours - typically within just 2 hours!

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET! WHAT CAN I DO?

We have no direct control over the delivery process since we’re not the shipping provider. While we can’t physically manage the delivery, we are here to answer your questions, address any concerns, and work with the shipping carrier to find out what might be causing any delays.

You will receive a tracking number via email when the mailing label is created. Once the package is in transit, we cannot control it or edit addresses.

Please note that delays may occur due to weather or high volumes around major holidays. We are not responsible for these delays.

WHAT HAPPENS TO RETURNED PACKAGES?

If the address provided is invalid or inaccurate, UPS, FedEx, or DHL will return the package to us. Although we validate addresses, the customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Returned packages can take from one to two weeks to return to our warehouse. We will offer you a coupon for a reorder if you'd like to resend the package to an updated address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, due to rising costs and unreliable delivery, we no longer ship internationally.
